Are you going through the motions of life without peace? Find yourself sick of superficial and surface-level relationships, leaving you empty. Have you constantly felt the need to control everything and been stuck in a cycle of only living for yourself? If so, there is hope.

1.) God’s Original Intent.

Humanity, beginning with Adam and Eve, was created to reflect God’s image, have authority over the earth, reproduce offspring, and display God’s glory and love. The Garden of Eden was perfectly created, where hardship or evil was not known. Life was pure and peaceful; the day ended with face-to-face walks with God.

Adam and Eve had access to everything in the garden, but were told not to do one thing: eat from the “Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.” He wanted to protect them and us from carrying what our human heart was never meant to carry, which is the knowledge of evil.

2.) Sin Entered The World And Has Trickled Into Every Generation Since.

Eve being deceived by the serpent (Satan/Lucifer) into eating from the “Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil”, and then sharing with her husband, Adam, opened the world to sin through their disobedience. Their minds were opened to the knowledge of good and evil. For the first time, they knew Sin, shame, guilt, and separation from God. The world they knew was no more, and were forced to leave the garden.

3.) All of Us Are In Need Of Salvation.

We are all born into Sin with free will to choose, but desperately need a way back into connection with God.

Sin causes spiritual death, meaning we are separate from God in our natural life and eternally after death (hell) if we decide to do life our way. However, God provides us a simple method of returning to Him through His grace-filled gift if we accept it. Jesus.

We are rescued and saved from sin by accepting God’s grace through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus’ death on the cross and bloodshed paid the price for our sins and is available to anyone who admits they are a sinner in need of a Savior.

6.) Those who ask for Salvation will NOT be denied.

God never desires any to die separate from Him, but all come to repentance and admit they need Salvation through His son, Jesus

7.) For Those Who Accept Christ, And Receive Help To Live As God Purposes

To repent means to arrange an entire way of thinking, feeling, and being in order to forsake wrong, and we are not left to do this new life alone. The Holy Spirit steps in and lives  within us to give strength, guidance, and ability to live as God purposes.

Suppose you are weary and tired of trying to do life alone and want and need God’s help. Let me help you make the most beautiful life-changing decision of surrendering your heart and life to God.

Remember, the simple belief and acceptance of Jesus Christ as your Savior, the bridge, enables you to receive God’s forgiveness.

Right where you are, you can pray this prayer…

Heavenly Father,

I have tried to do life my way, and I am missing something.  I realize, now, that I’m a sinner in need of Salvation.

Right now, I desire to turn away from my sins, and I ask for your grace and forgiveness over my life. I believe your son, Jesus, died, shed his blood for my sins, and rose again.

I ask that you will help me live life the way you desire, and give me the strength to do so. By doing this, I know my sins are washed away, and I am made new.

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

If you have questions and/or prayed this prayer, please reach out to me at movingbeyondmessy@gmail.com. I would love to answer your help any way I can.

I’m Praying For You,

Salvation
